You may wish to improve your wellbeing and understanding of yourself, or simply want some time and space for you. Whatever brings you here, you are welcome. Talking with someone trained to listen and think with you can help make sense of your feelings and experiences, create insight and understanding, and support you towards positive change to live a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life.
ABOUT

ABOUT

OVERVIEW

A qualified psychodynamic therapist based in Chelmsford, providing warm, non-judgemental, confidential counselling and therapy, in person and online.

Psychodynamic therapy is a talking therapy. Through the relationship with your therapist, it explores innermost thoughts, feelings, experiences and how they affect your life. By seeking to understand the origins of difficulties you may have, you can process them to live more freely. More information about psychodynamic therapy can be found here.

With psychodynamic thinking at the heart of my practice, I am trauma and Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed, and am completing NeuroAffective Touch training. This means we can develop a way of working together that feels just right for you.
